Mary "Sue" White Obituary (1934

MAYODAN - Mary "Sue" Bullins White began her permanent celebration surrounded by her loved ones on August 1, 2024 at Wesley Long Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 5:35 p.m. on Thursday August 8, 2024 at Colonial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mayodan Municipal Cemetery. Mary Sue was born on June 6, 1934 to the late Eulies and Bessie Bullins. She was known for her spunky outlook on life and always loved living. Mary loved going to the beach, eating ice cream, and her cats also known as her fur babies. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy White; son, Timmy White; and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia "Lynn" Byland (Tim); step-grandchild, Ben Byland (Marni); step-great grandchildren, Gussy, Coco; sisters, Bonnie Roberts, Jenny Bowden; special caretaker, Penny Compton-Ziglar who was like a daughter to Mother Mary; sister in law, Mildred Wall; special nephews and nieces, Keith, Ray, Philip, and many others that she loved. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Graham Animal Hospital, in Graham North Carolina. Colonial Funeral Home of Madison is serving the family.
