Linda Faye Mabe Joyce Obituary (1942 - 2025) - Sandy Ridge, North Carolina

LINDA FAYE MABE JOYCE SANDY RIDGE- Linda Faye Mabe Joyce, 82, passed peacefully Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Linda was born on September 14, 1942 to the late Mary Ann Hicks. She was a proud homemaker, loved gardening, tending to her flowers, canning, baking, and cooking. She was a devoted Christian and faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She deeply treasured time with her family, especially time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Linda will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her mother, Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Mabe. She is survived by her husband of 64 years (in October), Roger D. Joyce; son, Marcus “Mark” Joyce; daughter, Karen Joyce Fulk (Ricky); grandchildren, Dustin Fulk (Magan), Cody Fulk; great grandchildren, Caden and Luke Fulk, along with several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Morning Star Baptist Church, and all other times at the home of Roger and Linda. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Morning Star Baptist Church, 1575 NC Hwy 772, Pine Hall, NC 27042, Attn Tim Gentry. The family would like to thank the staff at Kate B.
