PFAFFTOWN - Joshua David O'Neal, 33, left this earthly life Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Josh was born January 22, 1989, in Forsyth County. He was a construction worker skilled carpenter and was very mechanical, adept at working on small engines. He loved being with his children, riding 4 wheelers and dirt bikes. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Stanley Barton, Bobby and Ann Hawks O'Neal, and. Gilmer Southern. Josh is survived by his children, Alex Zane O'Neal, Serenity Faith O'Neal, and Maria Ann O'Neal; parents, Kimberly Gale Barton, David Demetrius O'Neal, grandmother, Odessa Ayers Southern; a sister Kristen Marie O'Neal, several uncles, aunts, and cousins..
